Sanctum Sanctorum

Greetings!

Welcome to My Mind's Bin...my inner sanctum...

When there are clouds in your mind, tears fall from the eyes.
I remember coming across these words on a calendar page. And I knew they were true.
You know what is the most powerful entity on earth? An atom? A neutron? A positron? or Higgs Boson...God particle?
I believe a thought is the most powerful thing in the universe.
I believe a thought is the true creator, the true destroyer. It has a life of its own and yet, it doesn't seem to exist. Unseen and unheard and unfelt, it drives us humans crazy.
I named my blog "Mind's Bin" for a reason. I aspire to decipher my thoughts, to bring them to words before bringing them to fruition, to make them manifest, to realize what their purpose is.
Most of the posts will be old ones, those I might have written a long time ago. It amuses me to go through my previous notes. They appear so ludicrous and naive that I find myself feeling awkward and doubling up with laughter. There are multiple beings which debate within me- some are unbelievably reserved who never like to venture out, content within their confines and some others, that wish to taste adventure and take risks. I think the latter selves claim victory as I start writing now.
Aberration and abruptness are my middle names. Springing from branch to branch of thoughts and desires is a characteristic which I have become accustomed to. Hence, it shouldn't be a surprise if a mundane mood follows a poignant incident. That is how it works with me.
I decided to start this blog simply out of fear that my mother might sell my diaries to ragpickers. Although my diaries are full of crap from school and college life, I still am deeply attached to them as some are attached to their favourite dolls or superhero posters.
If you are wondering whether to proceed reading or not, you must know that I often get mired in my own mesh, talking to myself, sometimes inching towards narcissism. Some may quantify it as hideous self-obsession, probably a severe case of introspection or an incurable one of navel-gazing. Be that as it may, reading and writing is my way of living life to the fullest.
If you do decide to read on, I would ask you to come here with an open mind. Shed your preconceived notions and take off your judgement hats. Happy Reading !
